01 — Capabilities
What We Do
Nour Collective structures and executes commodity trade transactions from Saudi Arabia to global markets. We manage every stage of the trade process — sourcing, contract structuring, documentation, logistics coordination and final delivery.
Commodity Sourcing
Direct access to Saudi commodity producers for Sulphur, Phosphate, Minerals and Industrial Commodities. We maintain established supply relationships that ensure consistent quality and availability.
Contract Structuring
We structure trade contracts that protect both buyer and seller — clear specifications, payment terms, delivery obligations and dispute resolution mechanisms aligned with international trade standards.
Trade Documentation
Full management of export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, certificates of analysis and any destination-specific compliance documents.
Logistics Coordination
We coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and port agents to ensure timely loading, vessel booking and cargo tracking from Saudi ports to the agreed destination.
Quality Assurance
Independent inspection and testing at load port through internationally recognised inspection companies. Certificates of analysis and quality reports provided with every shipment.
02 — Incoterms
Trade Terms We Work With
We structure each transaction under the Incoterm that best suits the buyer's requirements and risk appetite. Our team is experienced across all major international trade terms.
Free on Board
Seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment. Risk transfers to buyer once goods are on board. Buyer arranges and pays for freight and insurance.
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Seller pays for freight and insurance to the named destination port. Risk transfers to buyer once goods are on board at origin. Common for bulk commodity trade.
Cost & Freight
Seller pays freight to the named destination port. Buyer arranges insurance. Risk transfers at origin port. Widely used in bulk commodity transactions.
Delivered at Place
Seller delivers goods to the named destination, ready for unloading. Seller bears all risks and costs to the destination. Buyer handles import clearance and duties.
Ex Works
